Louise Parker has never been particularly interested in staying in one creative lane.

Her career began in architecture and interior design, where she went on to found and creatively lead Studio Gabrielle, an award-winning design business working across interiors, products, editorial and brand collaborations. Her work has been featured by ELLE Decoration, Vogue and SheerLuxe, her products reached six-figure sales, and at its height, Studio Gabrielle’s Pinterest content was seen by more than one million people every month.

Then, after more than a decade in design, Louise decided to do something completely different.

She moved into broadcasting through the BBC Production Apprenticeship and quickly found a new home in radio, audio and live storytelling. Since then, she has developed and produced original BBC content, worked across live and pre-recorded radio, covered festivals including Latitude, interviewed artists and contributors, and created her own specialist music show, The Guest List, for Hot Dance Radio Ibiza. In 2026, she was named Best Radio Presenter at the Ones To Watch Awards.

Today, Louise’s work sits somewhere between broadcasting, design and live. She is as comfortable developing the big creative idea as she is interviewing someone on air, shaping a visual identity, producing a piece of content or working backstage at a live event.

The format might change, but the thing she loves most never really does: finding a great idea, understanding what will make people care about it, and turning it into something worth paying attention to.
